This turns the meeting from an isolated event into an input that automatically updates the systems of record around it. A persistent challenge is fidelity — automated summarization can misattribute a decision or miss sarcasm and nuance — so most serious deployments keep a human skimming the generated summary rather than trusting it blindly for anything consequential.
