## Channels क्या हैं?

Channels वे messaging platforms हैं जिनसे आपके agents connect होते हैं। Channel connect करके, आपका agent उस platform पर incoming messages के लिए सुन सकता है और real time में respond कर सकता है।

## Channel Features

### Multi-Account Support
प्रति channel multiple accounts run करें। उदाहरण के लिए, same Gateway से कई WhatsApp numbers या Telegram bots manage करें।

### Media Support
Images, videos, audio, documents, stickers, और अन्य media types send और receive करें। Media handling platform के अनुसार भिन्न होती है लेकिन अधिकांश channels दोनों directions में rich media support करते हैं।

### Group & Channel Management
Agents group conversations में participate कर सकते हैं, mentions पर respond कर सकते हैं, threads manage कर सकते हैं, और channel-specific features (reactions, polls, pins) के साथ interact कर सकते हैं।

### Message Threading

## Channel Routing

### Default Behavior
Default रूप से, main agent सभी channels से सभी inbound messages receive करता है।

### Multi-Agent Routing
Multiple agents के साथ, messages bindings के आधार पर route होते हैं:

- **Channel द्वारा**, सभी WhatsApp messages → personal agent
- **Server द्वारा**, Discord server A → support agent, server B → dev agent
- **Workspace द्वारा**, Slack workspace → team agent
- **Chat type द्वारा**, Private DMs → assistant, group messages → team bot

### DM Access Control
Configure करें कि कौन से contacts आपके agent को directly message कर सकते हैं। Options में सभी DMs allow करना, केवल known contacts, या एक specific allowlist शामिल हैं।

### Group Mention Gating
