  • Space IDs over names — Webex space names are not always unique; when Neotask retrieves a space ID, save it for subsequent operations to ensure you are always posting to the correct space.
  • Markdown for rich messages — Webex supports a subset of markdown; ask Neotask to format important announcements with bold text, bullet lists, and links so they stand out.
  • Cards for interactive content — Webex Adaptive Cards allow buttons and form inputs; ask Neotask to generate a card message for approval workflows.
  • Meeting links expire — Webex meeting join links are time-bounded; confirm the meeting has not yet passed before sharing a retrieved link.
  • Bot messages in spaces — messages from Neotask appear from your Webex bot account; give your bot a clear name and avatar so team members know where automated messages originate.
