  • RGB colors — Set colors by name (red, blue, green) or hex values (#FF5733)

  • Requires Philips Hue Bridge on local network (auto-discovered)
  • First run requires pressing the button on the Hue Bridge to pair
  • Mirek: lower = cooler/bluer (153 = 6500K daylight), higher = warmer (500 = 2000K candlelight)
  • Not all bulbs support color — white ambiance bulbs only do temperature
  • Scenes are room-specific presets configured in the Hue app
  • Room names are case-insensitive
  • Can control lights individually even when they're part of a room group
