Neotask을 시작하는 데 필요한 모든 정보.

시작하기

Neotask은 30초 이내에 전용 서버에 개인 AI 어시스턴트를 배포합니다. 시작 방법은 다음과 같습니다:

  1. 로그인 - Apple Sign-In(iOS) 또는 Google Sign-In(Android)을 사용하여 계정을 만드세요.
  2. 모델 선택 - AI 모델을 선택하세요: GPT-5.2, Claude Opus 4.5 또는 Gemini 3 Flash.
  3. 채널 선택 - 어시스턴트를 Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord에 연결하거나 Neotask 내장 채팅을 사용하세요.
  4. 배포 누르기 - 어시스턴트가 활성화됩니다. 즉시 메시지를 보내기 시작하세요.

채널 연결

Channels are set per agent. Open Agents, select the agent, open its Channels tab and select Add Channel. After you connect an account, select Test Channel. A working account shows Connected and Passed. The Channels guide also covers Signal, Google Chat, email, SMS, Matrix, LINE, IRC and iMessage.

Telegram

Telegram을 연결하려면 @BotFather에서 봇 토큰이 필요합니다:

  1. Telegram을 열고 @BotFather를 검색하세요.
  2. /newbot을 보내고 안내에 따라 봇을 만드세요.
  3. BotFather가 제공하는 봇 토큰을 복사하세요.
  4. 배포 중 프롬프트가 나타나면 Neotask에 붙여넣으세요.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp 연결은 QR 코드 페어링 방식을 사용합니다:

  1. 배포 중 전화번호(국가 코드 포함)를 입력하세요.
  2. 휴대폰의 WhatsApp으로 표시되는 QR 코드를 스캔하세요.
  3. WhatsApp 열기 → 설정 → 연결된 기기 → 기기 연결.
  4. 스캔이 완료되면 어시스턴트가 연결되어 사용할 준비가 됩니다.

Discord

Discord를 연결하려면 Discord Developer Portal에서 봇 토큰이 필요합니다:

  1. Discord Developer Portal로 이동하여 새 애플리케이션을 만드세요.
  2. Bot 섹션으로 이동하여 토큰 재설정을 클릭하세요.
  3. 토큰을 복사하여 배포 중 Neotask에 붙여넣으세요.
  4. OAuth2 URL 생성기를 사용하여 봇을 서버에 초대하세요.

Slack 및 Microsoft Teams

Slack 및 Microsoft Teams 통합을 통해 어시스턴트가 조직의 워크스페이스에 참여할 수 있습니다. 배포 후 Neotask 워크스페이스의 채널 설정에서 연결하세요.

워크스페이스 관리

배포 후 워크스페이스에서 다음에 액세스할 수 있습니다:

  • 채팅 - Neotask 앱에서 직접 어시스턴트에게 메시지를 보냅니다.
  • 채널 - 연결된 모든 메시징 플랫폼을 확인하고 관리합니다.
  • Approvals: actions waiting for a person. Approve or deny each request.
  • 설정 - AI 모델을 변경하고 API 키를 업데이트하며 어시스턴트를 구성합니다.
  • 계정 - 구독을 관리하고 사용량을 확인하며 계정 세부 정보를 업데이트합니다.

The Local Gateway

Your agents run through the Gateway, a local runtime bundled with the desktop app. It runs on your computer, accepts connections only from that computer, and restarts on its own if it crashes or stops responding. If agents stop responding, check these screens in order:

  1. Settings → Infrastructure → Connection: confirm the path from the app to the local Gateway, Neotask cloud and connected services. Use Start or Restart under Gateway controls.
  2. Settings → Infrastructure → Health: select Run check to review responsiveness, active and queued work, channels and stability events.
  3. Settings → Advanced → System report: review the live system checks and copy the sanitized report when support needs it.
  4. Settings → Advanced → Troubleshoot: select Check system, then Apply repairs when it becomes available, and wait for the follow-up check.

AI 모델 변경

워크스페이스의 설정 탭에서 언제든지 AI 모델을 전환할 수 있습니다. 모델을 전환해도 파일, 메모리 및 채널 연결은 유지됩니다.

계정 삭제

Neotask 앱에서 계정 → 위험 구역 → 계정 삭제를 통해 계정을 영구적으로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 하면 모든 데이터, 파일 및 채널 연결이 제거됩니다. 이 작업은 취소할 수 없습니다.
