Neotask डेस्कटॉप एप्लिकेशन AI agents, voice control और automated workflows प्रबंधित करने का आपका केंद्रीय hub है। यह macOS, Windows और Linux पर natively चलता है, एक built-in local gateway के साथ जो आपका डेटा आपकी machine पर रखता है।

Installation

macOS

अपने Neotask account dashboard से .dmg installer download करें।
DMG file खोलें और Neotask को अपने Applications folder में drag करें।
Applications या Spotlight से Neotask launch करें।

Neotask एक universal binary के साथ Intel और Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) Macs दोनों का समर्थन करता है। Apple Silicon पर कोई Rosetta translation आवश्यक नहीं।

Windows

अपने Neotask account dashboard से .exe installer download करें।
installer चलाएं (NSIS के साथ built)।
अपनी installation directory चुनें या default (C:\Program Files\Neotask) स्वीकार करें।
installation पूर्ण करने के लिए on-screen prompts follow करें।
Start Menu या desktop shortcut से Neotask launch करें।

Linux

अपने Neotask account dashboard से .AppImage file download करें।

कोई installation या root privileges आवश्यक नहीं। AppImage self-contained है और अधिकांश modern Linux distributions पर चलता है।

License Activation

जब आप पहली बार Neotask launch करते हैं, तो आपसे अपनी license key दर्ज करने के लिए कहा जाएगा।

License Key Format

License keys इस format का पालन करती हैं:

SC-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX

जहां प्रत्येक X एक alphanumeric character है। खरीद के बाद आपको ईमेल के माध्यम से अपनी license key प्राप्त होती है।

Device Binding

प्रत्येक license key एक device से bound है। नए device पर अपनी license activate करने से पिछले device पर यह deactivate हो जाएगी। यदि आपको अपनी license transfer करनी है, तो पहले Settings > License के माध्यम से current device से इसे deactivate करें।

Offline Grace Period

Neotask को periodic online validation की आवश्यकता है। यदि आपकी machine offline हो जाती है, तो application revalidate करने के लिए connection की आवश्यकता होने से पहले 72 घंटे तक काम करना जारी रखती है।

Auto-Revalidation

आपकी license background में हर 6 घंटे में automatically revalidate होती है। यह प्रक्रिया silent है और जब तक आपके पास active internet connection है तब तक कोई user interaction आवश्यक नहीं है।

License States

State	विवरण
Valid	License active है और good standing में है। सभी features तक पूर्ण पहुंच।
Expired	License term समाप्त हो गई है। access restore करने के लिए अपना subscription renew करें।
Revoked	License issuer द्वारा revoke की गई है। details के लिए support से संपर्क करें।
Blocked Version	आपका application version अब supported नहीं है। जारी रखने के लिए latest version पर update करें।

Interface Overview

Dashboard Home

home screen आपके Neotask workspace का at-a-glance summary प्रदान करता है:

Metrics, Token usage, session count, active agent count और current billing period के लिए budget consumption।
Agent Overview, अपने agents की current status (running, idle, या stopped) के साथ सूची।
Recent Sessions, आपके सबसे recent agent sessions और conversations तक quick access।

System Tray

Neotask minimize होने पर system tray (macOS पर menu bar) में चलता है। tray icon में एक gateway status indicator शामिल है:

Green, Gateway चल रहा है और healthy है।
Yellow, Gateway start up हो रहा है या recovering है।
Red, Gateway बंद है या error आई है।

quick actions के लिए tray icon पर right-click करें: dashboard खोलें, gateway start/stop करें, या application छोड़ें।

Theme

Neotask एक dark theme interface का उपयोग करता है जो reduced eye strain के साथ extended use के लिए designed है।

Gateway

gateway एक bundled local runtime है जो agent execution, tool calls और voice processing को power करता है। यह पूरी तरह आपकी machine पर चलता है, gateway operations में कोई cloud servers शामिल नहीं हैं।

यह कैसे काम करता है

gateway exclusively loopback (127.0.0.1) से bind होता है, जिसका अर्थ है कि यह केवल आपकी local machine से accessible है। कोई external network exposure नहीं है।
सभी agent execution, tool orchestration और local processing gateway के माध्यम से होती है।

Controls

आप dashboard या system tray से gateway manage कर सकते हैं:

Auto-Recovery Watchdog

Neotask में एक watchdog process है जो gateway health monitor करती है। यदि gateway crash होता है या unresponsive हो जाता है, तो watchdog इसे automatically restart करती है। कोई user intervention आवश्यक नहीं।

Health Monitoring

Gateway अपनी health status continuously report करता है। आप system tray icon या dashboard home screen पर current state देख सकते हैं। Health checks में process status, memory usage और responsiveness शामिल हैं।

Auto-Updates

Neotask यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि आपके पास हमेशा latest features और security patches हों, automatically updates check करता है।

Updates कैसे काम करते हैं

Launch पर check, हर बार जब आप Neotask खोलते हैं, यह background में उपलब्ध updates check करता है।
Background download, यदि update उपलब्ध है, तो यह आपके काम में बाधा डाले बिना automatically download होती है।
Install prompt, download पूरा होने के बाद, आपसे update install करने और application restart करने के लिए prompt किया जाता है।
Remind me later, यदि आप update के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं, तो "Remind me later" चुनें। आपको periodically prompt किया जाएगा, maximum 7 दिन तक, जिसके बाद update आवश्यक हो जाती है।

Updates download size और restart time minimize करने के लिए जहां possible incremental होती हैं।
